1.I have lost my password. What should I do?
I am a Facility level user
Please contact Facility Nodal Officer to request for resetting the password.
I am a Facility Nodal Officer (NOTR)
Please contact State Nodal Officer of NVHCP to request for resetting the password.
I am a State level user
Please write an email to NVHCP team at viralhepatitisindia2018[at]gmail[dot]com & helpdesk.nvhcp[at]gmail[dot]com to request for resetting the password.
Steps to reset password
Click on “Masters” >“Manage Users”>search user in “Users List” >Click on the “edit” icon in front of the user.
Under “Edit User” fill in a new password and re-type the new password in the next field> Click on “Update User”
2. I have lost my user ID. What should I do?
If you have lost the User ID, please write an email to viralhepatitisindia2018[at]gmail[dot]com & helpdesk.nvhcp[at]gmail[dot]com for next steps.
